How do I make a purchase?
All products listed in our Shop are for sale. You can find our Shop page at this link or at the top right of our website. Please note that some products are ready to be delivered immediately while some products will need to be made upon order.
What is your return policy?
While all sales are final, please let us know if an item is damaged upon delivery and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Unless otherwise noted, all shipping is included.
How long does it take for delivery?
For products that are available for purchase immediately, delivery takes about 1-2 weeks.
For products that are custom ordered and made upon purchase, delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks depending on how many orders are ahead.
What type of products do you sell?
PJ Payne Designs offers specialty leather clothing and accessories including bags, shoes and clothing.
What are the measurements of your bags and belts?

Are the straps on your bags adjustable for shorter or taller women?
Yes, straps on bags are all adjustable to suit shorter or taller women.
Where do your leather materials and hardware come from?
All leather and materials are selected from the showrooms of New York City to the tanneries of Milan creating beautiful finishes that are loved, durable and timeless.
